Presentation Slides Views

Hello I'm not sure where to post this, so I hope this is the right thread.

I've developed a course for a client on a version of H5P within Moodle. We decided to use the presentation option and in one case I've used a lot of dialog cards (which are overcrowded because there's too much content) we also had to adjust the content because the client constantly had issues with scrolling (we're not in a position to install code to modify this as I'm working as a 4th party to my client's client, so H5P is installed in my clients Moodle)., so I've adapted the layout (crowded different elements on the slide) to accommodate for this.

My client's client, for whom I've created this course shared this image of one of the slides which explains why she thought I had a lot more space to make the green box, and the dialog cards larger. The second slide reflects how I see it when I've selected the 'Student' view. Could anyone advise how we can ensure that we're both seeing the same thing?
