Interactive Video not working - Error 153

I’m having an issue with the Interactive Video content type.

On desktop, it works in Chrome but not in Safari. On mobile, it doesn’t work in Chrome but does work in Safari. The message shown is: “Error 153 – Video player configuration error.”

I’m using WordPress 6.8.3 and the H5P plugin version 1.16.0.

The strange thing is that this happens with some of my videos, but not all of them.

Hi Alejandra,

I noticed that you are using Youtube for the video, can you please provide the Youtube URL so that we can test.

Same here in Moodle, h5p.com to_teach or https://apps.zum.de/ doesn't matter where you host your h5p.

153 on iPad on every Browser, on Mac OS X Safari

Doesn't matter which youtube video,  none works.

I'm working on a Drupal site, using the H5P module to add interactivity to YouTube videos. AFAIK things were OK until yesterday I got a bug report. My initial hunch after reading some posts was that I needed to add the "strict-origin-when-cross-origin" referrer header. I've done that, and also patched my Drupal module to add the referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" attribute to the wrapper iFrame tag - the player already has that attribute in place. I'm getting nowhere!

hola espero puedan ayudarme, estoy insertando un vídeo de youtube a mi vídeo interactivo y en el paso 2 lo muestra como una ventana en color negro y no se cual pueda ser el error. ya probe con varios vídeos y hace lo mismo.
