Can the results of an interaction be stored.

for example a quiz results.

I am using Moodle LMS

Yes, if you're using the Moodle plugin the results will get stored in the Gradebook.

If you are embedding from h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de the results will be stored on h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de. There's no easy way to sync them over to another site, yet.

If you are embedding from another site there is a number of ways to go, but most of them involve a bit of technical work.
