Moodle plugin no Content types listed

Moodle 3.6.4
Ampps server on Windows 10
I created a simple drag and drop on h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de downloaded it, then tried to upload it to my test moodle site. Got errors listed in the image 03
Checked my H5P folder in Moodle, Think I am missing files.
Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same errors
Then tried to create the exercise within the plugin
No creation types would load
any thoughts?
