I want this plugin in CakePHP but not sure where to start from?

I have spent 3 days on this just because there's no documentation and no start point. I want to integrate this as a plugin in my existing CakePHP base LMS. I am experienced in developing WordPress plugins but from your plugin, I am not able to understand which file is the main file from where you are calling and including libraries (content types). I searched through various forum topics on h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de but there is no simple and straight rule mentioned anywhere.

Can you please help me in doing this as my project is getting delayed.

One I get this done, I will make sure to write steps and post in this community so that nobody else gets delayed in projects.
