Supporter votes
Members of the Supporter Network can vote for feature requests. When the supporter network has generated sufficient funding for the top voted feature request it will normally be implemented and released.

If I'm not mistaken you are using Interactive Book, if so you hqve a chapter that does not have a content. Interactive Book does not allow chapters without a content in it. You need to update the content and either remove the empty chapter or place something in it.
