Multiple Choice

Hi all

I'm a little curious as to whether the flash I'm seeing when feedback is revealed in Multiple Choice is by design or perhaps something else.

I tried this on 2 H5P servers and i noticed that when creating multimedia choice activity the last card of the in the row is slightly bigger.
if i set 4 cards in a row - it's always the 4th one, and if i set 3 - it's always the 3rd.

is it a known issue? 
if it's only on my side - how come it happens in two different institution i work for?

<p>The right column of images in exaple https://h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de/content-types/image-choice has a different size than the others. The same issue occurs when uploading h5p-file to Moodle 4.5.4.
