1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

• Create H5P Fill in the Blank.
• Create GamiPress achievement on completion of the H5P Fill in the blank.
• Create Automator URL redirect based on the GamiPress achievement.
• Execute the H5P task, the GamiPress achievement succeeds, the Automator URL redirect says it was successful, but no redirection occurs.
• A 404 page or a second automator activation will result in the pending URL redirection, which can occur after navigating to another page or two and then suddenly you

Hi I recently upgraded my moodle site from 3.11 to 4.1 and everything went smoothly. I am think though I am going to  have to roll it back to 3.11 again because not one of the H5P activities copied over with moodledata and all the courses are devoid of any H5P activities. Before I do a roll back is there an easy way of accessing my H5P content and getting the activities to load in the courses as they were in the 3.11 version of moodle. 

I was really excited about upgrading and really thought that H5P was complatible with Moodle 4.11

Hey dear community,

something happened to"Fill-in-the-blanks" which does not allow any more to disable "Show solution" and "Retry" buttons in the german version. I disabled it first at the end of the whole "Fill-in-the-blanks"-form, but did not change anything, when I tried it out, I could use the buttons "Show solution" and "Retry". Then I invested two hours of disabling the "show-solution" and "retry"-checkboxes in every single vocabulary in my "fill-in-the-blanks-test" and also disabled them at the end of the form.
