Course Presentation

Hello. I've been using the course presentation content type in H5P to create resources for a Moodle course I own. I have embedded several .mp4 videos, and these were all working until recently. Now, they all show a message syaing 'video format not supported'. I've tried in Chrome and Edge, and ave tried in prviate browsing windows. but I get the same message. I've uploaded an image to show how this appears. Grateful for any support.

Using course presentation h5P, the button to open the feedback comments is not visible on the slide. You can see in the attachment it is a light box in the bottom right hand corner. If the user clicks this area the feedback opens. How do I make this feedback button more visible. 
If I select the option to 'Display as button', it displays the whole question as a button and the screen is empty, instead of the feedback comment.

Hello-

I use H5P embeded in Moodle through Open LMS.  In the course presentation behavioral settings, there is an option for:

Activate Active Surface Mode

When I enable this, the summary page is removed as expected but... the score is also not recorded in the Moodle gradebook.  Is this expected. and if so is there a workaround?
