Image Juxtaposition not working on mobile

I’m having an issue with one Image Juxtaposition activity.
On desktop, it works fine in both Chrome and Safari. On mobile, however, it doesn’t work in either of them. I’ve attached a screenshot showing how it displays.
I’m using WordPress 6.8.3 and the H5P plugin version 1.16.0.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

One of my colleagues ran across this slider used by the New York Times where two short videos are overlaid and can be seen using a vertical slider:
