I am using the interactive video component to include lecture videos on a Moodle site. Is it possible to control the player from external javascript or HTML? What I would like to do is to have a list of lecture slide thumbnails that the user could click to go to the bookmark corresponding to each slide.

I am using the interactive video component to include lecture videos on a Moodle site. I have a list of bookmarks that I would like to add to the videos. This bookmarks list that I already have is a list of slides with the timestamp for the slide and the title of the slide. Is it possible to somehow upload this already existing list of bookmarks to the inteactive video content?
I figured that I could do this by doing the following:
When placing a question element on an interactive video, the only way to manipulate the location of the item is to manually edit the coordinates. It would be helpful to be able to drag those items into position with touch, but they are not responsive to being dragged in this manner. The same issue occurs in the Hotspot libraries, making it almost impossible to author content on an iPad: a popular tool in education, particularly if you are asking students to create H5P content in situations where only a touch device is available.
