Interactive Video

i have a wordpress site using h5p

when i try to add an interactive video, it does not allow me to add the interactivity modules to the video. it does not give me the option to edit them. attached evidence. i have already checked that the content and the plugin was updated to the latest version.

I have an interactive video in which I want users to click my email address and contact me for any additional information.

I tried adding that with "Other" protocol. It is not working. Please advise if this is possible at all.
