Move to next page only when current page is answered correctly

I suggest an option that forward navigation is disabled in a Question Set and the student can only move to the next page, when the current page is answered correctly. The creator should be reminded that he probably wants to activate the "Repeat" button in this case, so that the student can try again until he is able to proceed.

padding varies for 1st image in series of MC questions

I made a Quiz (Question Set).  The first 5 questions are MC with images.  The formatting of the image for the first question has a different padding than all subsequent images.  See attached.  I tried switching the order of items, and it is always the first image that is affected.
