Unable to see content type on h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de

I see Question Set as a possible content type under examples and downloads.
However, when I use the editor on h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de I do not see this content type in the drop-down selection.
Can anyone please advise.
