How to make timeline on H5p roadmap page?

Hi - just wondering how the timeline on https://h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de/roadmap was made. Can anyone tell me? Just css, or a plugin?

Hi,

I think it was just some plain css, and a small javascript snippet using jQuery. You should be able so see inlined on the page, under the timelines markup.
