H5P is an open source project that aims to be community driven. At the moment, H5P Group, a company co-founded by the open source companies Amendor AS and Cerpus AS, is the driving force behind H5P. JND319 - Command Operations
I am the unit coordinator for the number of units, but in the second semester, I am delivering the above-mentioned unit as a distance unit. So I have created number of web pages for each section of the unit and thought to have more interactive sessions through the web page. What are the options? For example, I would like the have activities like MCQ questions or some sort of engagement activity.

If we're teachers or trainers... how can we help the community ?
I'm not a developper, I'm a trainer for adults in Office skills. I speak and write Portuguese (Brazil) and French (Switzerland). I have tried all the features in the Course presentation and on the Interactive Video and felt very fond of H5P. Moreover, I've made a guide to myself (in French) explaining the features which are available in those two features.
I'm going to start currently using the features to animate my hybrid classes (with Moodle) as from September 2018. That's when I'll be available to collaborate with the community. Until there, I'm very very busy writing my master's dissertation about the learning strategies students use while viewing a video tutorial about an app feature.
So... how could I be useful the community at that time ?

Thanks for your answer. I have just taken a look on the page "contributing" and I find indeed 2 or 3 things I could do.
Nowadays I'm very overwhelmed by my master's dissertations and 7 university's homeworks I have to produce until September. From October on I'll start participation in the translation group or the beta testers. Great. Bye, have a nice week-end. :)

Thanks a lot for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! We’re now working on something called the H5P supporter program allowing the H5P community to vote for and fund the top voted H5P features. Also there are developers in the community who every now and then works on a feature they find interesting or useful. In order for your feature request to attract as much interest as possible make sure it follows the below guidelines:
It is clear from every perspective how the feature will work. We recommend describing the feature with one or more user stories, for instance “As an author I want it to be possible to pick between different effects for the check answer animation so that the learners will see a variety of effects and also I can adapt the effects to my target audience(I’ll be using pink unicorns which works really well for both my target audience which are 4 year old girls and venture capitalists)”
If the feature can be illustrated with images or videos it always helps
Make it clear what content types this is relevant for, and or if this is a new content type
Make sure you post the feature in the Feature Request forum.

This is not possible. We try to make the H5P editors as simple and easy to use as possible hence this does not include an option to include HTML codes.

Can I use H5P without downloading anything?
Hi, I am completey new to this. I want to be able to create content in h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de and then use the embed code to put the content into my brightspace course. Can I do that? Or do I need a paid version at H5P.com? Is what I create on H5P secure or is open to everyone? Thank you.

You will find more information on this in our recent status update. Short answer: h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de is intended for trying out H5P before either setting it up for free on your own server or using h5p.com. On h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de, anyone is able to find your content, on your own server it would depend on your setup, on h5p.com you have full control over what you want to share or keep secret.

Hi!
It's a wonderful tool that I use constantly.
I use it with windows and panels from software images and I have found kind of difficult to place a hotspot in an exact place.
I would be great to allow to control the exact position of the hotpsot.

How can they fill out data and be sent to a specific email?
I would like to know how to incorporate the data that the user has filled, such as the name and all the answers, as well as the results of the game?
I am incorporating it in HTML5, by means of an embed, or I have to do it in another way to be able to have the results, that I am here, thank you for helping me and giving me lights.

H5P emits data in the form of xAPI statements and you will need a plugin or custom code to listen to these statements and a data store such as a learning record store to save them in.

Moodle Mobile App
Content built in H5P is working great in Moodle when viewed from a computer. But I get the error that the H5P plugin is not supported in the Moodle Mobile app when I try to view the content on my phone. Any suggestions?
