I assume you refer to https://h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de/documentation/installation/content-type-accessibility - that page needs updating. The page https://documentation.h5p.com/content/1290410474004879128 seems to receive more attention.

Filed a request to have the accessibilty page updated.
