User multiple question quizz

Hi,

I'm struggling to embed my multiple question 'form' on my web site. I use Ruby on Rails.

I downloaded the quizz and now I have a folder with some javascript and css files and no instructions...

I also downloaded this repo https://github.com/h5p/h5p-multi-choice and...still no instructions... I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it...

Can somebody help please ?
