Error updating content

I'm using Wordpress and after migrating the uploads folder to an S3 bucket I can't update it. The error when updating is: Failed to download the requested H5P.

 

Another question, where can I download the course presentation with the H5p extension, as my account is free

The most likely reason simply is that the h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de server which serves the content type libraries can't cope with the amount of traffic that it is drawing and has a short outage (please cmp. https://h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de/status-update-april-2024), so you should retry some other time.

Don't understand your second question, but you can download example contents via https://h5p.test.schulcloud-thueringen.de/content-types-and-applications

I can update the content version in Wordpress manually, that is, without using the "Atualizar/update" button
