Error invalid-library-json-file : Could not find library.json file with valid json format for library H5P.InteractiveBook-1.11

I have a moodlebox installed on a rasbperrypi and I uploaded .mbz files and restored many courses (some of them are getting this error) invalid-library-json-file : Could not find library.json file with valid json format for library H5P.InteractiveBook-1.11 (in the preview)
And some are getting are working properly.

The courses that are getting this error(I can open it and edit the h5p content normally) but i cant see the preview of the course even on the admin user so its not a permisssion issue . 
I tried to save the course as admin and return refresh but its the same issue.Also I tried to put the h5p file on lumi.education to fix the h5p file but it seems the h5p file is working properly and the same file is working normally on another machine. Since the issue was a library issue I searched in moodle plugins and checked if this plugin is installed H5P.InteractiveBook-1.11  so Its installed already and I dont know how to fix the issue I tried many ways (any answers on how to fix it)??
