From the console it pings h5p, I already checked that, but the messages continue

Your headline suggests an issue with Moodle's own H5P integration (the plugin does not have that automated task). So the problem might be there given that you say you can ping the server. Quite confusing though that you also posted a picture of the H5P Hub client, which Moodle's own H5P integration does not possess.

Either way: Are you sure that was not just a temporary hiccup? If thousands of clients try to get content types from the server at the same time, it may not be able to handle the load.
