error en video interactivo

No puedo resolver que realizo un video interactivo, en la vista previa dentro de Lumi (para windows 11) se ve perfecto y al exportar todo en uno me aparece este cartel.

Por otro lado, varios otros h5p me pone "no se pudo abrir al querer abrir el .h5p en Lumi. 

Tengo lamúltima actualización descargada, qué otra cosa puede ser?
