Advanced Fill in the blanks on a photo background

Hello everyone , 

Thanks for this amazing community it has enabled limitless posibilities in interactive content creation specially for educators.

special thanks to @serettig for his amazing content type  Advanced Fill in the blanks

is there a way to make the background of the content as an image then draw the drop down select box on the photo any place that is needed 

for example i create the content and the blanks all in one photo then i draw boxes in the photo using the h5p in order to add the dropdown select box

this need to be exact posistion just like the orgional drag and drop ( photo background then other items to be placed on that photo )

This would be amazing. I think this is the one key feature H5P is still missing. A content type similar to Liveworksheets, where students can type directly into blank areas on an image, would be incredibly useful for language learning and worksheets.
