How can faculty review content of an h5p quiz once it has already been created?

Hello all

First,  I want to apologize for cross-posting.  The twin of this post is in General Discussions.

I am an instructional designer, who develops h5p content for faculty, since we have limited licenses.  Faculty love SmartBooks, and use them frequently.  I've been looking at the content, and i am seeing overlap in some of the components, like the reviews.  I want to make sure faculty review the content and edit it.  This is difficult to do for quizzes and some other h5ps since there doesn't seem to be away to print a copy of the content that has already been added to an h5p.  (This isn't a problem for all types, but it is a problem for quizzes and crossword puzzles.)

is there a way to make print copies of questions and answers in existing h5ps?

Thanks,
Judith Reymond

Hi Judith,

Only the Course presentation have a print option. Even without a license or author account you can still share your contents with other faculty members using the content's URL.

PS. Don't worry about posting in a "wrong" forum I move posts whenever there is a need to. Also I suggest not posting your email address in public forums to protect your inbox from spam.

This will really help, BV.  I appreciate your answer.

The "Portfolio" content type also allows to print (https://www.olivertacke.de/labs/2022/10/25/show-what-you-can-do-with-h5p...).

Furthermore, PressBooks (https://pressbooks.com/) has a very sophisticated PDF rendering engine that also allows to print a large variety of H5P content types regardless of whether these content types support printing directly or not.
