Can you please click on the "Show Results" and test it again?

I know it is a bit confusing and I will discuss this with the Product team so that they may consider adding some sort of indicator if "Show Results" is enabled.

Good afternoon all. I am requesting that when answering the questions, the system should indicate “correct” so that it allows progression to the next question. I have tried changing all the answers, but some are still not responding as correct.

Hi BV52,

An indicator would be very helpful, but my settings look exactly as in the screenshot you shared. I tested again with that setting showing both "show" and "hide," but I still don't see the word cloud after submitting. So, with the setting as shown in your screenshot, I see "waiting for others to respond," and with the other option on, I see the presenter's view, but not the word cloud as in the demo you shared. As mentioned earlier, I tested in different browsers and incognito tabs. Nothing seems to bring up the word cloud for me. Thank you for the screenshots. You now have the correct settings, however you will need to click on the "Summary" tab and then click on the second tab (sorry I forgot what it is officially called) to see the results.

I agree that an indicator will help avoid confusion. As such I will send a request to the Product team so that they may consider this suggestion.

I'm looking to add a WrdCloud to a course in Moodle but I'm don't see the option to choose this.

Hi Gareth,

Wordcloud and the other Live Engangement tools are only available through H5P.com. If you have an H5P.com and using it through Moodle with LTI but cannot see it in the list you need to enable it by going to Manage Organization -> Settings -> Content Type Settings. Please note that only account administrators can acees Manage Organization, if you are not an admin of your account please reach out to one of your admins for assistance.

I have created a H5P.com account and have found the Word Cloud tool. 

I am struggling to get it to work on my Moodle. I've set the tool up in H5P.com and then downloaded the files via the reuse option. When I try and add the file I get the following error messages. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Gareth,

The Live Engangement Tools will only work if they are hosted within H5P.com. You cannot download it and then upload it though Moodles' built in H5P version. There are 2 ways to use it within Moodle.
