Dialog cards

Hello,

We noticed a bug in H5P.Dialogcards after updating from 1.9.18 to 1.9.40.

We have Dialog Cards embedded inside a Course Presentation slide. With H5P.Dialogcards 1.9.18, the content looked and worked as expected. After updating to a newer 1.9.40 version, the same content appears quite different.

Observed behavior:

* The navigation controls for switching between several cards are missing or no longer usable.
* The text is displayed much smaller and is difficult to read.

Enable use of hyperlinks in the text toolbar within the Dialog Card Content. 

I have what I feel might be a fairly simple to implement request (though I'm not any kind of expert at coding, so maybe this would be hard to do):

I would love to be able to copy/paste whole cards within the Dialog Card editor. As a reference, it would be like copying and pasting a multiple choice question or T/F, etc. 

This would go a long way to making the production cycle for Dialog Cards more efficient, especially when doing several cards using the same formatting or notes.
