Dialog cards

When I try to format text when creating a dialog card, the text format box just flashes at a rapid rate. See: https://www.screencast.com/t/BnZdaOnopf   This occurs regardless of which browser I use. The H5P plugin on my site is the latest version. 

Also I cannot seem to use basic HTML tags like <h2> to format the text. 

Please advise. 

There is a bug when hovering over a Tip element in Dialog Cards. The "Show Tip" text is not correctly displayed.

Simple solution: in the Dialog Cards css file,

.joubel-tip-container:hover::before
remove the rule position: absolute;

1. When editting/creating a "dialog cards" activity type, attempt to edit the "Task description" paragraph format. When clicking the drop-down list to change formatting, the box flashes constantly and makes it very hard to select a text format.
